Why professional business photography?

Strong business photography brings order to your brand communication. Instead of stock imagery and random phone photos, you get a consistent visual set for your website, sales materials, HR, PR, and social channels. We can plan quick headshots for the whole team or a broader shoot that also shows your culture, workspace, and expert positioning.

Where do companies gain the most value?

Photos for real business use

I plan the shoot around specific business uses: LinkedIn, your website, careers page, sales materials, PR, and employer branding. That helps the images go into use much faster.

Minimal disruption for the team

We can build an efficient schedule so each person steps in for a few minutes, while the rest of the company day continues normally.

Consistent visual language

I keep the lighting, framing, and edit consistent so your team headshots, office photos, and social media content feel like one brand instead of a random mix.

Clear split between B2B and personal branding

This page is about companies, teams, and organisational needs. If you are building the brand of one person, it is usually better to start with a branding session or a classic headshot.

What do companies most often need to fix?

Website, LinkedIn, and careers pages

The most common problem is a strong team with outdated headshots, stock images, or random phone photos still on the website. The goal of the shoot is to build one consistent image bank for the most important channels.

Employer branding and recruitment

Strong team and office photography helps show company culture without a stiff corporate tone. This is especially useful for job ads, onboarding, and candidate-facing materials.

Efficient schedule and clear licensing

I plan the shoot so it does not block the whole team’s workday. We define the order of people, the image scope, and the usage rights before the session, which makes it much easier to publish the material quickly afterwards.

Questions & answers

What people ask before a session

For 1 or 2 people, the standard packages from 800 PLN are usually enough. For larger teams, I prepare a quote based on team size, location, shooting time, and B2B licensing scope.

Yes. I shoot in offices, showrooms, clinics, coworking spaces, and other workplaces. If you need more controlled lighting, we can combine an office shoot with a studio session.

Most projects combine headshots, team photos, work-in-action images at desks or meetings, space photography, and material for LinkedIn, careers pages, and social media. We define the scope before the shoot.

I define the licensing scope before the shoot, so the photos can legally be used on your website, in recruitment, press materials, and advertising. Final delivery usually happens within 5 to 7 business days, and for larger projects we agree on a timeline in advance.
